We have several sets of barcode fonts available, EAN 8 and 13, UPC A and E,
Code 39, Code 25, Code 128 and Plessey Code.
All fonts are available for PC and Macintosh. Each font consists of both Truetype and
Postscript type 1 fonts.
Code 39 is the only font that can map exactly to the text typed in, though
an exclamation mark (!) has to be added before and after the number to make
it scan properly.
Code 25 is a font used to encode numeric data only.
Code 128 is a supplied in a format that supports both normal Code 128 and
Subset C. The translation application can create mixed Normal/Subset C barcodes.
The EAN font will encode EAN 13 and EAN 8 barcodes. But due to the complex
nature of the way the bars are made up, an application is provided to enable
the correct display characters to be entered in the document displaying the
barcode.
